The main goals of the cycling and fitness events listed below are to have fun, encourage a culture of health, wellness, and to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
SUMMER RIDE SCHEDULE
Tuesday we have a Trail ride at 6 pm.
Wednesday and Friday we have a 35 mile road ride at 7:30 am.
On Saturday we have a 7:30 am ride that is typically 28 to 35 miles in length.
On Sunday we have a 7:30 am from 40 to 60 miles. Stay in touch on our Facebook pagefor changes. We do destination rides with Team CBC and trips to Uwharrie:)
As always our rides are "no drop rides." No one should ever be left behind.
Transition racks are also available to practice your transition or do a BRICK session.
Small group weight lifting sessions are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 5:30 pm.
Saturday August 27th we will have a Shop Social Ride for our friends from Life Time Fitness and Team CBC.
We will have an 8 am ride. Then a social with a Velo Swap, BBQ, Pints and some plinking with air pistols. So RSVP by August 25th if you will be coming. We will have some great baked goods, burgers, dogs and fix-ins.

All rides are at your own pace with a typical metric century format..., we practice no dogma, no drama and a no drop policy. We promote fun exercise options for all.
A great place to hang out, talk about bicycles, ride, rent, and repair bicycles. Personal training, coaching, altitude training, VO2 testing, and premier bike fitting is offered. Before the ride enjoy great coffee options and after the ride enjoy micro brew beers:)
