This morning a client and I did a complete multisport workout in less that 60 minutes!
We began with a five minute session on the Vasa Erg. While my training partner began on the VASA, I rowed five minutes on the Concept 2 Rower. After five minutes we switched places.
Next we did a 30 minute session on our bikes at a subthreshold pace. I was feeling the burn riding power cranks:P
After the bike session we began a 10 minute session on the Versa Climber and core. While one person went 60 seconds on the Versa Climber at a hard pace, the other person did a core session. I chose inclined knee raises to pike while gripping battle ropes on the Gladiator Wall.
We were gased and it only took us 50 minutes. Check out some pictures below:)
