My last blog post briefly expressed the importance of what I call "Resetting Your Zero" before jumping into an out of season training program. To help my friends and clients in this regard of resetting their zero I am hosting Monday Evening Seminars.
Therefore, my next seminar session is about assessing asymmetries and demonstrating some corrective exercises. Unfortunately many athletes start strength programs and endurance activities before they identifyand reduce imbalances which can lead to injuries. To prevent this from happening to you or your favorite athlete have them attend this seminar. It will be at the shop on Monday evening November 9th from 6:15 to 7PM. The social is from 7 to 8. The fee for the seminar is $10 and includes your favorite beverage of choice.
