Monday Evenings from 6 to 7 is Maintenance Night. Learn the basics and more advanced aspects of fixing your bike.
Tuesday and Thursday Evening from 6:30 to 7:30 are Indoor Training Sessions. Bring your bike, trainer, heart rate monitor, hand towel, floor towel and join in on the fun. These sessions are free. All we ask is you help with the clean up after the sweat fest:) Bikes and trainers are available for rent if you want to just try it out. Wednesday Evenings from 6 to 7 is Skills, Drills, and Circuit Training Night. For Example:
Sundays from 1 to 3 (maybe longer) is Group Bike Riding. The intent here is to help the beginner and intermediate cyclist improve their fitness and biking skills. However, just like our friends in horse country there are different levels of riders. So, we will use the Moore County Hounds' model for our outdoor cycling activities.
